[Product performance]

1. Achimie I-10℃ transformer oil (special) GB2536 is prepared from moderately refined naphthenic base oil with low viscosity and low pour point (containing a few intermediate groups) and high-quality antioxidant composite additives;

2. It has the characteristics of rapid heat transfer, good oxidation stability and excellent electrical performance;

3. It is produced under strict quality control procedures, so it has stable and reliable performance and fixed resources; In addition, its quality and performance meet the requirements of GB2536-2011, among which Achimie 45AX transformer oil also meets the requirements of IEC60296-2003 with inhibitor (I)DIN57370(A) and ASTM D3487-2000(II).

[Performance characteristics]

1. Excellent electrical insulation performance: high breakdown voltage and low dielectric loss factor, which can effectively prevent discharge phenomenon and power loss under high voltage electric field;

2. Good thermal stability and oxidation stability: it can prevent the formation of acid and sludge during use and prolong the service life of electrical equipment;

3. Low viscosity: providing effective cooling and heat transfer;

4. Excellent low-temperature performance: without pour point depressant, the pour point can be as low as-30℃;

5. Good gas evolution resistance: prevent air gap discharge under the condition of high voltage electric field;

6. Appropriate naphthene and aromatic hydrocarbon content: ensure that oil sludge formed during the operation of electrical equipment is dissolved to avoid damaging insulation materials and affecting heat transfer;

Achimie I-10℃ transformer oil (special) GB2536 is suitable for transformers of 500KV and above and electrical equipment with similar requirements.

Achimie transformer oil (special) can be supplied in three grades: 25AX, 35AX and 45AX.
