[Product performance]

1. Achimie I-20℃ transformer oil (general purpose) GB2536 is prepared from moderately refined naphthenic base oil with low viscosity and low pour point (containing a few intermediate groups) and high-quality antioxidant composite additives;

2. It is produced under strict quality control procedures, with stable and reliable performance and fixed resources. The quality and performance of Achimie 25X, 35X and 45X meet the requirements of GB2536-2011, among which, Achimie 45X transformer oil also meets the requirements of IEC60296-2003 with inhibitor (I)DIN57370(A) and ASTM D3487-2000(II).

3. It has excellent electrical insulation performance, high breakdown voltage and low dielectric loss factor, which can effectively prevent discharge phenomenon and power loss under high voltage electric field;

4. It has good thermal stability and oxidation stability, which can prevent the formation of acid and sludge during use and prolong the service life of electrical equipment;

5. This oil product has low viscosity, providing effective cooling and heat transfer;

6. Meanwhile, it has excellent low-temperature performance, does not contain pour point depressant, and its pour point can be as low as-35℃;

7. It has good gas evolution resistance and can prevent air gap discharge under the condition of high voltage electric field; 8. In addition, its naphthene and aromatic hydrocarbon content is appropriate, which can ensure that the oil sludge formed during the operation of electrical equipment can be dissolved, so as to avoid damaging insulation materials and affecting heat transfer; 9. Besides, this is an environment-friendly transformer oil because it does not contain any PCBs.

[Application scope]

Achimie I-20℃ transformer oil (general) GB2536 is suitable for transformers of 330KV and below and electrical equipment with similar requirements.
